What we collect

If you submit the form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, organization, work email, phone number, organization type, account volume and any message you write. We do not ask for and do not want any consumer account information through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request. Nothing else.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Hosting and forms

This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify's form handling before reaching us by email. Netlify records standard server request data as part of delivering the site. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records for as long as there's an active business conversation, and a reasonable period after. Email nate@peakperformanceai.com and we'll delete your information.

Client data

Data belonging to Peak's clients and their customers is governed by the agreements we sign with those clients, not by this page.
